Our Process
Essentially, the goal is to get the contact data into an Excel spreadsheet for an email campaign. Contact data can be downloaded, exported, or copied from Outlook or CRM. RepEMS can also obtain contact data of prospective customers from LinkedIn or interrogate your Outlook Sent Folder using our custom software applications so that we can export your existing contact data to Excel on your PC. Whether we are looking at existing contact data or mined data, the process can also start with just a list of companies.

After the email campaign template is approved, RepEMS will create emails with your Outlook email signature. The emails will then be uploaded in to a cloud repository in a *.zip file for downloading. You will download the email campaign *.zip file to your PC, and unzip the folder to a known folder location. From the Windows Explorer, you will drag the emails into the Outlook draft folder to be sent. These emails can be sent manually, or automatically using RepEMS software. The RepEMS software will throttle the email campaign from the drafts folder to ensure that your domain health is kept in good standing.

Now that the world seems to be more on the move, customers are using their mobile devices more to open emails. RepEMS takes this into consideration by designing mobile friendly emails with technical details and clean, visually appealing illustrations to attract the customer in to responding to your email.
Focused LinkedIn Datamining

RepEMS can also mine LinkedIn data and provide technical email marketing campaigns for these potential new Outlook contacts. Contact data with the customer's name, email, and job title will be provided so that the new contacts can be imported into Outlook using a RepEMS software application. Company address and phone number can also be added depending on what information is readily available online and the number of company facilities within a metro area.
